I am a tenacious advocate with a gentleman’s demeanor, with over 29 Years of Experience in Real Estate Development, Investment, Asset and Project Management of multi-million dollar Projects in the United States, and the United Kingdom. I have gained extensive experience in working with Business Development in the US and European based companies for their activities in the US, and the Middle East “UAE and KSA”. My understanding in real estate development and management comes from owning and operating Atlanta’s famous Peach Building. in Atlanta, Georgia, where I gained a tremendous amount of experience owning and operating a high-rise building. Through my years of working with start-ups and turn-around companies, it has helped me to become adept at developing effective business strategies and plans as well as negotiating contracts.

My formal education is a result of my attending the University of Exeter, in the U.K where I received a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Engineering Science. I have been a qualified Chartered Civil Engineer (C. Eng.) for more than 30 years and a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (M.I.C.E.), for more than 30+ years.
I am currently an Equity Owner, Co-founder and on the Board of Directors for six Corporations, that very from sustainable construction products in Real Estate, sustainable food productions, and sustainable energy productions. I have also had the fortune of being the Acting President of Billion Flow Inc. and CEO of Real Estate Acquisition Corporation. My responsibilities include targeting, negotiating, assessing, and designing strategic sites for future plants and farms with focus on the scope of buildings, water supply, sewage systems, and roads. As a civil engineer and corporate executive, I offers my expertise in the areas of growth, design process relating to construction, analysis of expected lifetime of projects, and government regulations relating to projects.
